I suspect one of the reasons for the lower price on this unit that it was originally a Win 7 machine and they have used some kind builder software to upgrade it to Win 10.

Ran the Windows back up and it says it's Windows 7 backup. Most of the problems seem to be with the software. Overall Review: Overall, despite a myriad of small problems, it seems to be a good unit.
